It is with heavy hearts that Matt and I write to you today. After 12 wonderful years of serving our community as beekeepers, we must share some bittersweet news. Despite our best efforts to revive our beloved business, we have reached a difficult decision to close our doors.

These past years have been a journey filled with joy, challenges, and most importantly, unwavering support from all of you. Your trust in our honey, your warm smiles at the farmers' markets, and your kind words of encouragement have meant the world to us. We are deeply grateful for the opportunity to have been a part of your lives, to share our passion for beekeeping, and to contribute to the sweetness of your days.

When we restarted the business 6 months ago, we were so excited to be able to serve our community again and to visit with each of you. We are so sorry that we are not able to continue serving you in the future.

As we navigate this transition, we want to ensure that everything is handled smoothly for you, our valued customers. Therefore, we have some housekeeping items to share:

Order Shipments: We will have a delivery week at the end of April for all orders received. We will also offer the last delivery week at the beginning of June if there is still stock available and for all orders received between May 01 and May 15.

Closing Down: We will not be selling the business this time around. Our Facebook page comments will be shut down to avoid spammers, our website will be up for informational and support purposes only for the next few months

Online Beekeeping Course: In order to still support our local community and customers, we will be offering an online Beekeeping Membership and course for only $8 per month. This course will start in May.

Community Supported Beekeeping: All CSB sponsors were contacted ahead of time to offer a full refund and/or product in exchange for their membership. If you have not received your email, please contact me directly.

Available Stock: All items currently in stock, including our popular Strawberry Honey, Chocolate Honey, Licorice Honey, and more, will be available for order while supplies last.

Priority Delivery: Orders that have already been placed will be prioritized for delivery.

Bee Bucks: Please feel free to use all your Bee Bucks! To redeem Bee Bucks, simply log into your account.

Creamed Honey: We have very limited quantities of 1 kg and 500g creamed honey available. Therefore we will only be selling a few more cases of these and thereafter we will only have single units available. We do have a larger quantity of 3kgs and 7kgs available.

Online Order Closure: All online orders will be closed by May 15 if supplies have not been depleted, allowing us to prepare for shipments and deliveries for our last delivery dates between June 01 and June 07.

It is our hope that these arrangements will make the transition as seamless as possible for you. If you have any questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to reach out to us. Your satisfaction and support have always been our top priorities, and they remain so even as we bid farewell.

While this chapter of our journey may be coming to a close, the memories and relationships we've built with each of you will forever remain in our hearts. We thank you from the bottom of our hearts for your unwavering support, and we will cherish the memories of our time together.
