GI get honey is my favourite of the flavoured honeys. When first tasting it it is sweet and within a few seconds you taste all the flavour in the back of your mouth. It is not overly spices, just perfectly flavourful.

My favourite way to enjoy Ginger honey is to make Ginger Glazed Carrots. Also on cold rainy days I love adding a tablespoon of ginger honey to hot water and sipping it.
