Delicious and healthy raw, unfiltered creamed clover honey that will not crystallize or go hard.....EVER!!!

This raw, unfiltered honey has not been heated or pasteurized so all the nutrients are intact and thus it can be used medicinally as well. 

Stir it into your coffee and tea, use it in your oatmeal or yogurt or on your toast.  Raw honey can also be used as a healthy alternative to sugar in all your baking and cooking.

Just a quick note to let you know that Matt and I did not produce this honey.  We did however spend all year trying to find honey we were happy with :) We tried dozens of honeys and we believe this one is really good.  It is raw, unfiltered, and ethically harvested. We hope you enjoy it :)

Recipes:

Elderberry Syrup

Ingredients:

1 cup Raw, unfiltered honey (or to taste)

1 tsp Ceylon Cinnamon

1 tsp Ginger

2 cups Dried Elderberries (or fresh Elderberries)

4 cups of water

Instructions:

  1. Place all the ingredients in a pot and bring to a boil
  2. Simmer on medium heat until reduced to half
  3. Using a potato masher, mash the berries and all ingredients together regularly while simmering.
  4. Cover a glass jar with cheesecloth and attach it with an elastic around the rim of the jar.
  5. Once the recipe is reduced, pour it into the jar (straining it through the cheesecloth)
  6. Remove the cheesecloth, squeeze out the last of the Elderberry Syrup, and close the lid.
  7. Create a label for your jar and write the date, the ingredients, and the reason you prepared this ie. coughs, cold prevention, vitamin C supplement, etc.
  8. If kept cold, this should be good for two weeks in the fridge.
