Recipe: Honey Mustard Chicken

Mmmmm, one of my favourite honey recipes is Honey Mustard Chicken.  Whenever Costco has a sale on chicken - whether it is breast, thighs or drumsticks - I plan on making this yummy recipe.

It is one of those quick and easy recipes that is also considered to be comfort food in my house.  

It pairs perfectly with steamed cauliflower and broccoli with a cheese sauce, or on a bed of basmati rice with some mixed veggies.
